12 – Dhaka, Bangladesh – Job Description Plan and handle total HR Operations to align with overall Organizational vision, mission and objectives. Set and implement the HR goals, be a trusted and Strategic Business Partner to support Organizational vision, mission, values, objective, organizational growth and changing business needs. Review, improve, update and develop HR policies and guidelines, and ensure that they are complied by all supervisors and employees. Make recommendations and implementation plan from HR Point of View for Organizational improvement based on the knowledge of industry trends, compliance with all employment-related laws and legal requirements related to HR. Plan and ensure smooth execution Periodic/Annual Performance Management System for all Employees’ through a ‘Tested & Trusted’ Method. Arrange for compilation and analysis of all evaluations and communicate results to employees through supervisors. Work actively for talent identification, staff development, succession plan and career development. Conduct Training Need Assessment, prepare Annual Training & Development Calendar and conduct Training Session to motivate employees and improve their performance. Develop and implement structured benefits and compensation systems in line of company’s policies and industry practices and ensure compliance within the company. In collaboration with all Heads of Departments, plan and budget of Annual HRM activities and ensure timely implementation. Plan and operate successful ‘Employee Engagement Survey’ to identify and solve Organizational problems. Administrate and develop Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Assist Management to execute overall Administrative & HR Support for Factory, Corporate Office and Showroom operations. Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation. Negotiate and manage the Organization’s Administrative issues, Regulatory Affairs and Utility related matters with relevant Government and Non- Government offices, Local Administration and other related Organizations. Formulate various policies & procedures related to Administration & Security of the company. Supervise and Manage the Security Unit of the Factory, Corporate Office and Showroom to insure the safety and security of human beings, valuable materials, and classified documents pertaining to those premises. Other activities as per Business/Management Requirement. Position Requirements Educational Requirements: Must have MBA in HRM from any Government approved reputed University. PGD in HRM will be an added advantage. Any additional Professional Qualification/Certification or Certified Training Course in a related discipline will be considered as an added advantage. Retired Government or Armed Forces Officers are considered also. Experience Requirements: 3 to 7 years The applicants should have experience in the following areas:General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Organization Development/Process Improvement, HRIS/HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer, Garments, Manufacturing (FMCG) Job Requirements: Age 30 to 35 years Only males are allowed to apply. Experience in Factory HR & Administration. Sharp knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law. Willing to work under pressure and timeline. Frequent visit anywhere in Bangladesh.
