Sreepur, Dhaka – Job Description / Responsibility Deputy Manage Cutting of woven bottoms (mostly denim pants). Able to follow Cutting plan and achieve set Cutting targets, maintain the ‘SOP of Cutting’ strictly. Develop the Team and lead them for the smooth operation of the Cutting. Received the Fabrics / Interlining from the Store as per Consumption. Differentiate the Fabrics as per Quality segregation. Cross Check the QC report with the physical receiving. Obtain the QC approval for the Sample / Size and Bulk Cut accordingly. Make the Cutting Plan as per Production Plan. Ensure the Relax as per type of Fabrics. Lay Inspection- Marking – and Cutting the Fabrics accordingly. Ensure Numbering are made actually. Ensure bundling the Cut panel as per Order wise. Line input shall be given as per Order – Plan – Cut. Keep Liaison with Cutting Manager, concern Merchandiser / PM & Quality Manager for Day to Day work Has experience working in a reputed factory with major buyers like Levi’s, GAP, H & M & J.C. Penney. Update information on key operational. Should have to perform other Cutting related duties and responsibilities. Job Nature Full-time Educational Requirements Minimum HSC from any discipline. Textile Engineer (B.Sc) from any recognize institute get preference. Experience Requirements At least 7 year(s) The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Cutting) Job Requirements Age 25 to 35 year(s) Strong technical knowledge in cutting and quality system. Should possess strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills. Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team of workers and staff. Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a pre-set time-frame. Computer literacy is an asset.
