The reality star’s mum revealed all on Lorraine…

Despite honestly admitting her feelings for Chris Hughes in Sunday’s episode of Love Island, many viewers still believe that Olivia Attwood could be “faking” her feelings and is “playing the game” and only after the 50k prize fund and fame.

However, Olivia’s beloved mum Jennifer has come forward to defend her daughter against the accusations, telling Lorraine that the show is “heavily edited” and doesn’t show the real Olivia.

Revealing all to Lorraine, Jennifer stated: “We haven’t spoken to her for six or seven weeks. It’s difficult to watch her, she’s not had a smooth ride, let’s say.

“It’s not really [the girl I know], no. But she’s not playing a game, it’s very well-edited.

“Obviously they’re creating a fantastic show, but the Olivia I know is a very loving girl with very strong family values, she’s one of kindest people I know and that doesn’t come across.

“It’s very upsetting.”

And Jennifer even defended Olivia’s decision to have sex on national TV: “She’s one of last ones to do anything physical. Her and Chris have had a rollercoaster of a relationship and it was bound to happen at some point if they remained together.

“It’s natural, she’s 26, it’s going to happen, she’s been in there a long time. There’s a spark between them – I’ve been watching her body language and I know there’s something real there.”
